V-Day Bloopers

I hope everyone had a happy Valentine's Day!  I had this idea to photograph Dominic holding a sign with a Valentine's message.  I wanted to print the pictures and send them to his grandmothers as cards.  Why did I think it would be easy to get Dominic to hold the sign right-side-up and facing forward, while standing still and smiling?

Happy Birthday, Emmy!

Yesterday was Emmy's birthday. We went to the outlet mall, out for dinner, and then had cake.  If the cake reminds you of a donut, that's the look I was going for.
